Well, it's that time of year when many of us are beginning to honor our New Year's resolutions. It's always exciting at first, but for me, the novelty wears off after a while and I find myself reverting to the same old habits and patterns. Maybe if I found a fit cutie through one of the many fitness dating sites that there are, I might have some more encouragement.
